In less than three months, Manhattan residents Michelle and Justin will hold their dream destination wedding at The Breakers Palm Beach.





When we saw their engagement video, we fell in love. Once you watch their New York City champagne fight, we know you’ll be in love too.

Amidst all the planning and preparations, Michelle sat down with us and gushed about her engagement and why she and Justin choose The Breakers for their special day.


Did you always dream of having a destination wedding?
YES! I have been a bridesmaid 12 times and wanted to do something more intimate and unique when it came time for my wedding. Since Justin’s family has a house in Palm Beach Gardens we frequent the area and absolutely fell in love with The Breakers.





Why did you and Justin choose The Breakers for your special day?
Justin took me to the Tapestry Bar this past Valentine’s Day. While we were there I told him that I thought The Breakers was a magical place, so timeless and beautiful, and if we decide to get married, I wish it could be here.


What are you most looking forward to?
The moment when I walk down the aisle on the Ocean Lawn and see Justin standing there is the vision I have in my mind daily. I actually took a picture on my last visit and keep it as my screensaver.





With less than three months to go, what is your excitement level?
Off the charts! With the holiday season upon us I know time will just fly by and our special weekend will be here. I know the entire weekend is going to be magical and we cannot wait to see it all unfold.
